Board Meeting Summary

Summary of subjects acted upon at the Georgia Subsequent Injury Trust Fund's Board of Trustees Meeting on August 11, 2009.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 (The Open Meetings Act) the following represents a summary of, as well as reflects the members present at that meeting.

Board Members in attendance were:  John Fervier, James Braswell and Jim Beck.

Also in attendance were: Richard McGee, David Taylor, Evon Strickland of the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund; Steve Manders, Office of Insurance Commissioner. 

The SITF Board of Trustees acted upon the following items:

1. Approval of the June 2009 Board Meeting Minutes
2. Approval of the June and July 2009 Financial Statements
