Getting a Status Update of Your Claim

Generally, the assigned WC Specialist makes every attempt to complete a claim evaluation within 90 days; however, delays may be encountered for complex cases requiring extensive investigations, legal and/or medical advisory input; non-cooperation of parties contacted during the course of the fund’s investigation; or, cases in which the employer/insurer has failed to provide the proper documentation in a timely fashion.
