2006 General Assembly

An amendment was passed to OCGA 34-9-362 to establish time limits for employers or insurers to satisfactorily prove a claim once filed with the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund. 

2005 General Assembly

The Official Code of Georgia was amended by adding Chapter 34-9-368 establishing June 30, 2006 as the last date of injury eligible for reimbursement by the Fund.
